My first tip when living with MS is become your best health advocate! That means, research, ask questions, be present and don’t take a back seat to your treatment. Many MS sufferers have lost their voice and follow the medical community blindly. Over 10 years ago I started looking at alternatives to treat my MS, to become healthy and have a better quality of life and it changed everything. I’ve been virtually symptom free for many years because of this. It’s time to step up and realize, this is your life, YOU’RE IN CONTROL!

When we talk about wellness and healthy living we must focus on several areas:

1 – The Food we eat

2 – The water we drink

3 – Exercise

4 – Environmental Toxins

5 – The air we breathe

6 – The people we spend time with

7 – Positive Mental Attitude
